I know that theres a way to get the sliders for any NPC if you have PC Skyrim and the Creation Kit (at least I think thats how its done). That's just vanilla Skyrim for you, a lot of the non-modded characters look like potatoes. Don't try to figure out the whole face at once. Just find the first small thing that bothers you with the face, and change it to your liking. Then go on to the next thing. Sometimes you'll go back and adjust a slider again.
